Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policies
Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot keep a follow-up appointment and
72 hours notice if you cannot keep an initial appointment. There will be a fee charged for missed appointments and last
follow-up visits are usually scheduled four to six weeks apart.
Naturopathic/nutritional and counseling follow-up visits are usually one to
two weeks apart.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit
cards. Checks and cash are accepted, although we ask
you to have correct change.
most cases health insurance will not cover our services, and Medicare and Medicaid
never cover our services. However, programs
that allow the use of pretax dollars for out-of-pocket
health care expenses (such as HSAs and flex accounts) may cover our
services. If you have such a
program check with it. Only the office visit may be covered, no
insurance will cover non-prescription medicines (i.e., vitamins, herbs,
homeopathic remedies, etc.). While the office
does not have the capacity to submit your insurance forms for you,
we do provide a statement with the billing codes and licensing numbers
so that you can submit them yourself.
