Emphasizing Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Struggling with Mental/emotional issues?
Dr. Rachelle S. Bradley is licensed in Nebraska as a mental health practitioner. Her modality of constitutional homeopathy is a treatment of the whole person so often contributes greatly to resolving mental/emotion issues. However, even is situations where the constitutional homeopathic treatment has been helpful for a psychological issue, it is sometimes also useful to include some psychotherapy. In such situations she often emphasizes the psychotherapy modality of Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Standalone psychotherapy: Dr. Bradley is also a trained IFS therapist and, in addition to her naturopathic, homeopathic, and nutritional offerings, she also offers standalone psychotherapy, primarily using IFS. Each psychotherapy client is treated as an individual, without judgment, and with the emphasis on deep healing and creating real change. Dr. Bradley takes a shame-free approach that sees most psychological symptoms as signs that the client’s system is trying its best to restore balance and/or protect itself from the difficult situations and traumas that they have experienced. Mental/emotional healing is possible in such a context.
In her psychotherapy practice she works with people dealing with many different kinds of mental/emotional issues. Some common issues she works with include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addictions, disordered eating, and relationship issues. In addition, she is LGBTQ+ identity friendly. Prior to scheduling a therapy consultation, Dr. Bradley will often use the free introductory/discovery meeting to see if the client’s health issues, concerns, and goals are a good match for her skill set.
At this time Dr. Bradley does not offer couples counseling or counseling with young children.
